How do you grade your cards?

We grade our cards by condition when preparing for sale. Our cards are then quality checked when in the packaging process before shipping. We sleeve individual cards to preserve their condition using standard sleeves. High value cards will be protected by a rigid toploader sleeve (or similar). This will be specified in the product description.

Do you offer gift cards?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift cards at this time.

Can I add items to an order once it has been checked out?

Once you have checked out we are unable to add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for any other items that you wish to purchase.

Where can I find my order details?

Please see your confirmation email for your order details.

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping currently to UK only.  Orders will be sent via Royal Mail or Courier services.  Shipping calculated by weight at checkout.  We will endeavour to ship your item within 2 business days of receiving your order.  You can expect to receive your goods with 3 - 5 working days.  We are not responsible for delays with Royal Mail or Courier services.  We will not be responsible for further postage costs for items returned to us due to non-delivery.

Will my cards arrive sleeved?

Singles will be sleeved (using standard clear sleeves) to protect the product. This includes individual cards in our hand-curated Commander Decks. These sleeves are for protection purposes only, to allow you to personalise your Deck with your own sleeves.

Any brand new in box items will be sealed, and therefore sleeves will not be provided.

​

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, once you have submitted an order this cannot be amended.  If you wish to cancel your order at this stage, please notify us via email.

​

You can cancel your order 14 days after you have received your goods.  Goods must be returned back to us in the condition they where sent in (sealed goods must remained sealed).  You are responsible for postage costs to return the item.  If you wish to cancel after your item has been delivered, please notify us via email.

​

You can a return a defective product within 30 days for store credit or refund. Please contact us via email to organise this, ensuring that you include your order number.  Buyers to send the defective products back for exchange, refund or refund in the form of store credit at their own cost. We will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the replacement.

​

We reserve the right to refuse this service.

What are the Custom Commander Decks?

These are our custom built 100 card decks.  Whilst every effort is made to make sure that the cards you receive are in at least lightly played/good condition they may be taken from used/played stock.  To tailor to all budgets we may include cards of a lower quality condition (that would normally be of a higher value), so you do not lose out on playability.

Our Custom Commander Decks will be linked to the blog, where you can find a list of the cards included. You may copy this list for your own records once you have completed your purchase.

​

Any Multiplayer Collections featured on YouTube will be protected by sleeves when played.

​

Our hand-curated Commander Decks are not sold with a box.  The cards will be individually sleeved for protection purposes.

​

If there is a particular Commander, theme or any House Rules you would like us to showcase please send us a message and we will get back to you. 

​

The Custom Commander Decks are built for fun.  Featured YouTube decks may also include cards that are banned in the normal competitions. Decks will be produced in limited quantities only.


Will you buy my cards/collection?

Unfortunately we will not be buying singles or collections at this time.  We may offer a purchasing services in the future.

Birthday week free gift:

Birthday week orders include those placed between 00:01 20th February until 23:59 26th February 2023 - now extended to 23:59 28th February 2023.

​

One free gift will be included in orders of £70 and over (including postage) placed via this website.

​

The free gift will not appear at checkout, but will be packaged with your order.

​

Free gift cannot be exchanged for another item, cash or credit.

​

For returns of orders qualifying for a free gift, the order can only be refunded if all items - including the free gift - are also returned.

​

In the event of any dispute, the decision of MIDCARDS LTD is final.
